DIRECTOR OF PRODUCTION AND TECHNICAL AFFAIRS FOR THE NORTH REGION

Place of employment: Zrenjanin, with the possibility of working in associated branches and branches as needed

About the position: 

For the purposes of further development and improvement of production and technical processes, we are looking for an experienced professional for the position of Director of Production and Technical Affairs for the North region, who will be responsible for the organization, coordination and improvement of production and technical functions within the region.

The person in this position will have a key role in ensuring the efficient, safe and economical development of the production process, with a focus on increasing productivity, cost optimization, equipment reliability and continuous business improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning, organization, management and operational coordination of the work of the production sector and other technical sectors;

• Ensuring efficient, safe and economical development of the production process, with continuous improvement of productivity and optimization of costs;

• Management of equipment, plant and infrastructure maintenance processes, as well as organization of preventive and corrective maintenance;

• Proposal, planning and realization of investments, projects of modernization of production processes and introduction of new technologies;

• Ensuring the continuity and quality of production, with the application of technical standards, procedures and quality management systems;

• Participation in the development of annual and multi-year production plans, with the aim of optimal utilization of production capacities;

• Monitoring the implementation of annual KPIs and budgets;

• Initiation and management of projects aimed at continuous improvement of production processes and work organization;

• Monitoring and analysis of the quality of work, as well as effective personnel management within its scope;

• Cooperation with managers of other organizational units in order to achieve production, technical and business goals of the company.

We expect candidates to:

• VII degree of vocational education - bachelor/master engineer of technology/mechanical/electronics,

• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in the same or similar jobs;

• Knowledge of computer work;

• Knowledge of the English language;

• Developed organizational and communication skills;
