Obavlja key tasks in the process of machining materials — most often metal, sheet metal, plastic, etc. — where using different types of presses (hydraulic, mechanical, eccentric or eccentric presses) shapes, cuts or joins parts.

Ovo is a position that requires a high level of attention due to working with heavy machinery, and the job description itself mainly includes the following duties:

Glavni tasks and responsibilities:

• Priprema materials and machinery: Preuzimanje and checking of raw materials (eg metal sheets, sheets, pieces of plastic) that need to be processed. Postavljanje appropriate tools and dies on the press before starting work.

• Upravljanje press: Ručno or semi-automatic feeding of material into the pressing area, activation of the machine and control of the forming, cutting or bending process.

• Odlaganje and sorting: Bezbedno removal of finished pieces from the press and their proper stacking in dedicated pallets, crates or boxes for further transport.

• Kontrola quality: Vizuelni inspection of machined parts and measurement of basic dimensions in order to observe possible deformations, cracks or deviations from given dimensions.

• Čišćenje and maintenance: Redovno cleaning of the working area, removal of sawdust and waste material (scrap) around the press, as well as basic lubrication of the machine in accordance with the instructions.
