B-export is a production company founded by 1992. year, with approximately 250 employees, specialized in the production and finishing of textiles. Naši production processes include sewing, machine embroidery, textile printing and specialized finishing techniques.

In order to improve the organization, efficiency and further development of the production system, we are looking for an experienced and responsible Menadžera production manager who will take over the management of the company's entire production.

Ključne responsibilities

• Organizacija, coordination and management of the entire production process, through all production sectors.

• Planiranje production capacities, resources, deadlines and priorities in accordance with business objectives.

• Rukovođenje responsible persons in production, development of their competences and improvement of intersectoral cooperation.

• Praćenje and improvement of productivity, quality, capacity utilization and meeting deadlines.

• Identifikacija and elimination of organizational and operational bottlenecks.

• Uspostavljanje and monitoring key production performance indicators (KPIs).

• Optimizacija production processes, reducing losses and improving operational efficiency.

• Saradnja with planning, procurement, logistics, maintenance and quality control sectors.

• Iniciranje and implementation of organizational and technological improvements.

• Obezbeđivanje application of internal procedures, quality standards and safety rules at work.

• Redovno reporting to company owners on results, risks, challenges and suggestions for improvement.

• Iskustvo in managing larger teams, organizing work and coordinating multiple production processes.

Iskustvo in the textile industry is an advantage, but not necessary. Otvoreni we are looking for candidates from other manufacturing industries who have relevant management experience and the ability to quickly understand new technological processes.
