Legal Counsel / Licensing
Format: Office 
Location: Belgrade, Serbia

The focus of the role is to be responsible for the licensing and regulatory direction of the company in the high-risk segment 

What to do:

- obtain new licenses and permits.⁠‌‌​​​​‍‌​‍‍‍​​​​‍‍​⁠
- maintain current licenses.
- interact with regulators and government agencies.
- study the requirements when entering new CIS countries.
- support the launch of a company in new jurisdictions.
- prepare documents and responses to requests from regulators.
- if necessary, work with external lawyers and consultants.

What's important:
- higher legal education 
- experience in licensing and regulatory.
- real experience of interaction with regulators.
- understanding of the legislation and requirements of the CIS countries.
- ability to independently carry out licensing tasks: from studying the requirements to obtaining a license
- English - from B1

Experience in iGaming, FinTech, payments or other regulated area will be a plus.
