💼 Compliance Manager | Fintech / Payments

📍 Location: Belgrade, Serbia (On-site)

We are looking for an experienced Compliance Manager to join a growing fintech and payments business in Belgrade. This role offers an opportunity to work with international banking partners, payment providers, and regulatory frameworks, with potential for career growth.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations
• Work with banks, PSPs, payment schemes, and regulatory authorities
• Oversee AML/KYC procedures, merchant onboarding, and due diligence
• Assess compliance risks related to payment processing and acquiring
• Develop and maintain compliance policies and internal controls
• Support regulatory reporting and audits

🔹 Requirements:
• 4–5+ years of experience in Compliance within Fintech, Payments, or Financial Services
• Hands-on experience with banks, PSPs, and payment processing
• Strong knowledge of AML/KYC, PCI-DSS, PSD2, and payment regulations
• Fluent Serbian and English
• Currently based in Belgrade
• Strong communication and analytical skills

✨ Nice to Have:
• CAMS, ICA, or similar certifications
• Experience with Visa/Mastercard compliance
• International regulatory experience
